Fibroblast Plasma Pen Treatment

The number of required treatments will be given to you on the day of your consultation, as we would be unable to disclose this without inspecting the area in person. For optimal results, a number of sessions may be required. 1-3 sessions are normally sufficient with a minimum of 3 months between each. In our experience the majority of clients require two treatments to achieve the desired results, lots of clients however, are very happy with the results after just one treatment.   

Numbing cream is applied to the entire area which is left to work before the commencement of the treatment, as we prepare the skin in the best possible way, pain is low to moderate. 

We can only treat clients up to skin type 3, treating anyone with darker skin than this would be putting the client at risk of getting pigmentation because of the trauma caused to the skin, the same applies to sunbed users. It is important to be mindful that clients with certain skin types will heal at different rates; for example, oily skin clients will take longer to heal.  

Age, medication, health issues, the condition of the skin prior to treatment and the size of the area treated will all have an impact on the length of time it takes a client to heal. Some clients can take up to 2 weeks to heal and for all the scabs to come away post treatment. 

The skin tightening is permanent, however, skin will continue to age and this will happen at different rates based on genetics, lifestyle choices and free radicals so although we suggest this treatments results last for 3 years some clients will experience longer lasting results than others. 

1-2 days after the treatment swelling may occur
5-7 days after the treatment, shedding ‘crusts’ of the wound will have disappeared
Around 7 days later initial redness and scabbing should have subsided and new, pink skin will emerge
 Slight reddening of the area is expected to be visible for two – three weeks
